No contract, no minimum term, no cancellation fee, no clause requiring a doctor’s note — cancel monthly or annual whenever you like. For comparison: the services parents complain about most charge between $1,386 and $4,559, on eighteen-month to multi-year contracts.
Before you pay us anything
The free plan is free permanently. No credit card, no trial that quietly converts. You reach a credit card only by choosing to.
Monthly, or annual if it suits you better. Annual costs less than twelve months bought one at a time. Neither is a contract: no minimum term, no exit fee, cancel whenever you like. Locked-in contracts are the loudest complaint families have about this industry, and a cheaper price for paying up front is not one.
Priced per player, so a second child costs what the first one does. There is no sibling discount, because a discount is a second pricing tier wearing a friendlier name.
Cancelling is a click in your account settings. No phone call, no retention offer, no fee. It stops the next charge; the directory stays available until the end of the period you already paid for, and your page keeps working either way.
Dropping to free never deletes anything. Every reel you built and every link you have already sent a coach keeps working. Being over a limit means you cannot add another — never that we took some away.
